We've heard so much about what's wrong with sports.

The most recent example, the abuse scandal at Rutgers in involving basketball coach that also cost the AD his job, and probably should have taken the down President there as collateral damage.

So how about what's right with sports?

At Nebraska's spring game over the weekend, 60,000 fans turned out (there's not much to do there). What they experienced was a "tearjerker moment".

7 year old Jack Hoffman was ushered onto the field late in the game and scored a 69 yard touchdown. Why Jack? Because he is battling brain cancer and is on a 2 week break from a 60 week course of chemo.

Little Jack was befriended by some of the players on the Nebraska team, and they masterminded this plan to honor Jack.

What a gesture and what an example of what is right with college sports!
