WEATHER BLOG: More Nice Weather Ahead

Spotty light rain showers and drizzle will move out of the region Monday afternoon, but the clouds will linger around. Cloudy skies overnight will yield mild overnight lows in the low and mid 50s.

Winds will begin to turn to the south. This will filter warmer air into the region through the week bringing the high up into the lower 70s Tuesday and upper 70s on Wednesday and Thursday. We'll keep the chance for isolated light afternoon rain showers or drizzle in the forecast through the week with a better chance for thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening. Our next chance for widespread rainfall or thunderstorms will come our way late Friday and cool us down for the weekend.
