Police ID Victim In Fatal Pedestrian Accident
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) -- Police identify the victim of a fatal pedestrian accident in Baltimore County.
Authorities say Noe Rodriguez Alverto, 39, was killed Tuesday at North Charles Street and Old Willow Way in Towson.
The lawn maintenance worker was blowing grass from the roadway when police say he was struck by a car.
Alverto was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and three passengers were treated for minor injuries.
Charges are pending.
