2 Dead After Baltimore Co. Car Accident
MIDDLE RIVER, Md. (WJZ) -- A major stretch of road was closed in both directions for hours following a double fatal car accident in Middle River.
The crash happened along Route 40 near Martin Boulevard Sunday morning. Police say it was a single vehicle accident involving a Ford Mustang.
The accident killed two people, a man and a woman. Two other people, the driver and a passenger, have been taken to the hospital.
Their names have not been released.
The accident is under investigation. Officials say speed may have been a factor.
