We will be clouding-up this afternoon ahead of an approaching cold front and area of low pressure. Winds will be on the increase out ahead of the system as well. Before it gets here, high temps will reach well into the 70s providing us with a very pleasant day!
I’m still going with the same time frame for the approaching system, arriving between 7-10 p.m. I expect that the system will weaken a bit once it interacts with the Appalachian Mountains. Rainfall amounts will generally range anywhere from 0.1″-0.25″ across the state of Maryland.
The good news is that this system moves rather fast and allows high pressure to quickly move in. Decreasing clouds are expected for Thursday with highs, still pleasant, and in the mid 60s. Friday is forecast to be a gorgeous day with mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid/upper 60s!
