WEATHER BLOG: Here Comes The Sun

The weather was soggy once again Tuesday morning.

We were stuck under the clouds with patchy, drizzle, fog and even some light rain.

The 24-hour rainfall totals ranged anywhere from 0.10" in Western Maryland to 1.25" on the Eastern Shore.

I guess the only silver lining to this melancholy weather is that it brought the pollen count way down. And I've got more good news: we are starting to dry out!

Overnight, I expect the clouds to start breaking up. Lows will be in the upper 40s to low 50s.

By Wednesday, the sun will FINALLY make an appearance with temps closer to normal for this time of year and in the 70s.

The rest of the week is expected to be dry, pleasant and delightful as temps creep into the mid 70s to finish off the weekend.
