Glenn Younes: Elam - Coach's Choice
Matt Elam was the Ravens first pick post Super Bowl victory and if I'm reading the vibes correctly Coach Harbs had a heavy say in the pick. Ozzie gave the slightest bit of a hint when saying they all like Matt on tape, Harbs made a pretty good tape he added.
How much say does John Harbaugh actually have? It looks to me like he has as much as he needs. The locker room is his, first draft pick was his... That Super Bowl is his too by the way.
We all know the Brass that came before, and remains, provide a more than stable environment to win in but now we will see if Harbs can do it with his guys. Collective decisions are made at the Castle but Coach has as much juice as Jack LaLanne right now and he's using it.
