BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The National Aquarium in Baltimore is preparing to welcome some new arrivals.

More than 1,500 animals will need a new home after the Aquarium in Washington, D.C. was ordered to vacate its current facility.

Many of those animals will be coming here.

Aquarium officials are still working out the details, but you will likely see new fish, reptiles and birds in Baltimore over the next year.
