Harford County Courthouse Damaged During Storm

BEL AIR, Md. (AP) — Officials say the historic Harford County Circuit Courthouse in Bel Air was damaged when a tree fell on it during a thunderstorm.
County government spokesman Robert Thomas says no one was inside the courthouse and no one was injured when the tree fell on the building Saturday evening. The building sustained minor damage to the third floor.
Officials say there were 35 calls for service during a three-hour period on Saturday as a result of damaged or fallen trees, downed power lines or damage to homes or vehicles. There were scattered power outages in the county.
