Dick Jerardi Talks Preakness

Dick Jerardi of The Philadelphia Daily News joins The Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn to break down the Preakness Stakes. Jerardi breaks down some of the horses you can expect to see this weekend at Pimlico. Dick goes on to tell why Orb might have a hard time at the Preakness, even though he has won five in a row. In a normal race, with nineteen-twenty horses running, being on the rail (which is where Orb will line-up this weekend) is a disadvantage, but Dick explains that with only nine horses running that is a non-factor for this race. Dick gives praise to Rosie Napravnik, who will he feels is the number one female jockey. You can see Rosie running at the Preakness this weekend. Jerardi finishes things off by giving us his top 4 in the race.
