D.C. Police Arrest Man In Shooting That Injured 13

WASHINGTON (AP) -- D.C. police have arrested a second man and have identified a third suspect in a drive-by shooting that injured 13 people outside an apartment building.

Police say 19-year-old Andrew Allen of southeast Washington was arrested Thursday and charged with assault with intent to kill and conspiracy.

Police are also looking for 21-year-old Keith Bobb of northeast Washington. He faces the same charges.

The shooting occurred in the early morning hours of March 11. Police say shots were fired from at least one car that sped by a crowd of people standing outside a northwest Washington apartment complex. A nearby nightclub had just closed for the night.

Nineteen-year-old Craig Wilson of southeast Washington was arrested a few days after the shooting.
