Ian talks about how Rutgers have now become a national punchline, first with the Mike Rice scandal and now the hiring of Julie Hermann.  O’Connor goes on to tell us that Robert Barchi, who doesn’t have much experience at a Division I College, just doesn’t seem to understand how much a sports program can make or break your reputation as a university nationally.

Ian also talks about the lack of effort in digging into the background of Julie Hermann and the scandals that surround her.

Ian goes on to tell us that a strong leader and a change in President at Rutgers could possibly be what it takes to right the ship and solve their problems.
