Police Arrest Man In Attempted McDonald's Armed Robbery

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A man in northeast Baltimore is behind bars, accused of robbing a fast food restaurant.

Police say Hashim Joseph was armed when he threatened a manager at the McDonald's in the 4000 block of Harford Road.

The 27-year-old then emptied out the cash register and took off.

He was caught a short time later.

An employee then identified the suspect for police, and Joseph was taken into custody.
