Teen Pleads Guilty To Fatal Shooting In Md.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A Columbia teenager has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the shooting death of a man outside a house in Pasadena.

Eighteen-year-old Ronald Lee McLeod entered the plea Tuesday in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court in Annapolis in the slaying of 21-year-old Matthew Morrow.

The Capital of Annapolis reports a plea agreement calls for McLeod to be sentenced to 50 to 60 years in prison. Sentencing is set for Jan. 15.

Prosecutors say McLeod and others were driving a stolen SUV on Oct. 13 when McLeod opened fire on Morrow and another man. Morrow was shot twice in the chest and his right arm. The other man was hit but survived.
