UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County Police have arrested a man in a fatal shooting in Fort Washington in 2008.

Twenty-five-year-old Maurice Braswell of Temple Hills was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 21-year-old Phillip Michael Harley of Fort Washington.

Officers say on June 13, 2008, Harley and Braswell were both at a party and the homicide stemmed from an earlier dispute.

Harley's body was found at the home where the party was being held suffering from a gunshot wound. He died at a local hospital.
