Missing 7-Year-Old Boy May Need Medical Attention

WASHINGTON (AP) -- D.C. police are looking for a missing 7-year-old boy who may need medical attention.

Katrina Kingsbury says her son, Michael, was last seen Sunday between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in the alley near their home in the 1700 block of West Virginia Avenue northeast.

Michael Kingsbury is described as black with his hair in dreadlocks, approximately 4 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 60 pounds. He was last seen wearing only a diaper. Katrina Kingsbury says it's not like her son to wander away.

Police searched abandoned buildings and sheds Sunday, but did not find the boy.
