Missing 7-Year-Old Boy May Need Medical Attention

WASHINGTON (AP) — D.C. police are looking for a missing 7-year-old boy who may need medical attention.

Katrina Kingsbury says her son, Michael, was last seen Sunday between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in the alley near their home in the 1700 block of West Virginia Avenue northeast.

Michael Kingsbury is described as black with his hair in dreadlocks, approximately 4 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 60 pounds. He was last seen wearing only a diaper. Katrina Kingsbury says it’s not like her son to wander away.

Police searched abandoned buildings and sheds Sunday, but did not find the boy.

Anyone with information about the Michael Kingsbury’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 202-727-9099 or 911.
