Accident Snarls I-83 Traffic
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore Police are working to clear an accident on northbound 83. Currently one lane is open.
According to police, there's an accident on I-83 just before the Northern Parkway exit.
A cement truck reportedly overturned.
One person was taken to Shock Trauma. It's not known if it was the cement truck's driver.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
