Joe Banner, the CEO of the Cleveland Browns, spoke to Vinny Cerrato and Rob Long on the Vinny and Rob Show. Banner talked about what Cleveland is doing to build a competitive team.

Joe Banner wants to make some changes to the Browns organization and facilities to create a winning attitude in Cleveland. The facilities were old and out-dated and now that they’ve been improved they can move forward.

They picked up Paul Kruger because they liked his mentality. They wanted players that were coachable and hard-workers. They’ve picked up players to do that this off season, now they just have to put all the pieces together.

Josh Gordon has been a questionable character in the organization. Joe says that Josh really seems to want to be the best WR he can be. He’s been great so far in the program and he’ll have to stick to it to continue to be a part of the Browns’ new mentality.
