WEATHER BLOG: Summer Is Back
Plenty of sunshine on the way for the remainder of Tuesday with high pressure centered over southwest Pennsylvania in control. In terms of whether there could be fog Tuesday night, it might be worth mentioning, especially north and west. With a good amount of humidity around and good radiational cooling, it may get unstable enough for a pop up shower or thunderstorm Wednesday afternoon, but chances seem fairly low. Just one or two spots may see a t-storm Wednesday. Moisture will increase Wednesday night ahead of a shortwave that brings us much better chances heading into Thursday before a cold front that should move through close to sunrise Friday.
