Suspect In Roland Park Shooting Arrested
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- City police make an arrest in the shooting of a man in the Roland Park neighborhood.
Yahsim Vaughn, 23, is charged in the Aug. 14 shooting.
Police say Vaughn and another suspect shot a man in the 4100-block of Roland Avenue.
The victim was apparently helping a friend to the car when it happened.
Vaughn had been arrested on unrelated charges when officers connected him to the shooting.
The second suspect is still on the run.
