Lightning Delays Start Of Ravens-Broncos Game

DENVER (AP) — After a brief delay, the Baltimore Ravens are down 35-17 against the Denver Broncos in the third quarter.

Quarterback Joe Flacco connected on a pass to FB Vonta Leech early in the first to put the defending Super Bowl champions ahead early.

But Payton Manning and the Broncos battled back, scoring five touchdowns.

The start of the game was delayed because of lightning for more than a half hour. Kickoff finally happened around 9:14 p.m.
