Howard County Police Believe The Same Man Groped A 4th Female Jogger
COLUMBIA, Md. (WJZ)-- Howard County Police are investigating a fourth sexual assault along a Columbia pathway.
Police say a woman was groped last week on an East Columbia footpath.
This is the fourth sexual assault in the area in four weeks.
Police believe all four incidents, on footpaths in Owen Brown and Long Reach, were committed by the same man.
They are urging female joggers to run with caution in the area.
