Essex Man Wanted For Child Sex Abuse & Producing Child Porn On The Run

ESSEX, Md. (WJZ) — Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help finding a man wanted for abusing two underage children and producing child pornography of the abuse.

Foster Dove III, 38, rammed two police cars when officers attempted to serve a warrant at his home on 1600-block of Williams Avenue in Essex.

On Thursday, detectives went to Dove’s home to serve an arrest warrant. They say when Dove spotted them, he ran to his vehicle, struck two police vehicles with his car and fled the scene.

Dove’s car was recovered nearby, but he was not there.

Dove III is a white male, 6’ tall, 220 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He is known to frequent the Essex area, Carroll County and Berks County, Pa.
