BALTIMORE (WJZ) — All lanes are back open after a 10-car pileup on I-83 in northern Baltimore County.

Medics were called to the scene near York Road in the Parkton area after the early morning crash Thursday.

According to Maryland State Police, 10 vehicles, including a tractor-trailer, collided around 6 a.m.

The tractor-trailer full of flour overturned.

Three people were transported to the hospital. Their conditions are not known.

All lanes are now open on southbound I-83 near MD 45 (York Road).  When all lanes were closed, cameras showed traffic backed up all the way into Pennsylvania.
