Man Injured In Gas Station Shooting In Glen Burnie

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — A 21-year-old man from Millersville is in critical but stable condition after a shooting at a gas station in Glen Burnie.

Anne Arundel County Police say officers responded to a report of a shooting Tuesday around 1 a.m. The victim told them that he was a passenger in a vehicle at the Sunoco gas station in the 300-block of Hospital Drive when a second vehicle pulled alongside. A suspect exited the vehicle and shot twice into the car the victim was in. The suspect then fled.

Police say the shooting does not appear to be a random act of violence and may be drug-related.
