Man Found Dead After Lengthy Barricade Situation In Havre De Grace

HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (WJZ) -- Police in Harford County are trying to figure out exactly what happened during a lengthy barricade situation.

Officers say they first responded to a call for a fight in Havre de Grace and couldn't find the scene and began knocking on doors.

That's when they found a man barricaded in a home along Erie Street.

Negotiations went on for two to three hours before the suspect was found dead.

Police are trying to determine now if it was a self-inflicted wound or if it was police involved.
