GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) — Police in Anne Arundel County make an arrest in a recent string of smash and grab robberies.

Authorities say David Holland, 54, burglarized at least nine businesses in the last 10 months.

He apparently used a tire iron to smash out glass doors and take money.

Police used surveillance video from an earlier robbery to track down Holland.

He was then arrested during a traffic stop and taken into custody without incident.
