Prince George's Police, Fire Face Off In Cooking Contest

LARGO, Md. (AP) -- Police and firefighters in Prince George's County are going at it on the grill this weekend.

A "grill off rematch" involving members of the police and fire departments is set for Saturday afternoon on Restaurant Row in Largo.

The police department says it'll be serving BBQ ribs as it looks to defend its title.

People in attendance can buy the food with a $5 donation, with proceeds going to the police department's police explorers program and the fire department's free fire alarm program.
