Gov. O’Malley Appoints Fraser-Hidalgo Delegate

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Gov. Martin O’Malley has appointed David V. Fraser-Hidalgo to fill a vacant seat in the Maryland House of Delegates.

O’Malley announced the appointment on Wednesday to fill the vacancy of Brian Feldman, who was appointed to the state Senate to replace former Sen. Rob Garagiola.

Fraser-Hidalgo was recommended for appointment by the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee to the District 15 seat in the county.
