ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — Montgomery County Police say a woman injured in a three-car crash in Germantown has died.

Police say Dorothy Rudnicki, 71, of Germantown died Friday of injuries suffered in the Oct. 11 accident.

Officers say Rudnicki was traveling west on Clopper Road and crossed into the eastbound lanes. Police say Rudnicki’s car hit a car driven by 60-year-old Toni Johnson-Conner of Germantown. Officers say a car operated by 46-year-old Daniel Offutt of Germantown hit Johnson-Conner’s vehicle.

Police say Johnson-Conner was taken to a hospital immediately after the crash. Officers say Rudnicki was taken to a hospital later that evening.

The accident is under investigation.
