WEATHER BLOG: Chilly Again
Some sun Friday and temperatures in the afternoon should mostly be in the mid 50s. This makes it about as cool as Thursday was, but it will not be as windy.
The peak wind gust at BWI Thursday was 31 mph, but sustained winds of 10-15 mph Friday may only gust to 20 mph.
With a relatively clear sky Friday night and light winds, most temperatures will plunge into the 30s overnight. Actually, some of the typically colder spots north and west of Baltimore will probably wind up in the 20s.
It will be dry this weekend with no less than partial sunshine both Saturday and on Sunday. Both days should provide us with highs in the upper 50s to around 60.
