WEATHER BLOG: Happy November

A narrow line of heavy rain and gusty wind crossed the area Friday morning and is heading off to the east. Despite lack of lightning, it did trigger the issuance of some watches and warnings for parts of the area.

There will be a leftover shower in some areas Friday afternoon but also a clearing trend at least in the western sections. It will stay above the normal high of 62 degrees. Look for the temps to stay in the mid 60s Friday and Saturday.

It will be dry for the weekend with Saturday still mild then an autumnal chill setting in for Sunday and Monday.
