The answer, in theory, is yes. And I hope they do.
Since the NFL went to 6 playoff teams per conference, 9 teams have rebounded from a 3-5 start to make the playoffs, including the Bengals and Redskins last year.
I don’t think the Ravens will, however.
They have lost a bunch of close games, but they haven’t played a really good game yet.
None of those losses are games that you can look at and say they should have won. They could have won them, but they didn’t outplay anyone.
They are just not very good, particularly on offense. They can’t run and can’t pass. That seems unlikely to change based on what we have seen.
