College football analyst for CBS Sports Network Tom Bradley is calling the Western Kentucky @ Army this weekend.

He joined Ed and Steve to talk about the Terrapins and everything college football.

Tom Bradley

Steve: How do you think Maryland will fare in the Big ten?

Tom:  I think Maryland will do well in the big ten.  I've always been a big Randy Edsall fan.  I think that they will get into the league and will figure it out fairly quickly.  I think it was a good move for both sides, a way for the Big Ten to extend to the east coast and a good fit for Maryland.

Ed:  How good are the Seminoles and could they un-seed #1 Alabama in the standings?

Tom:  Wow well I'm not a really big fan of the two or four team system, I thought an 8 game playoff would be fair.  I'm just surprised at how fast Florida State reloaded.  I thought coming in with a freshman quarterback could be risky but he has obviously proved me wrong.  Their defense is very strong and their offense can score points.

Steve:  Do you think Alabama is the best team in the country, and if not who is?

Tom: I do think Alabama is the best team right now and I also think AJ McCarron should win the Heisman.  He doesn't have the big numbers like some of these other players but all he does is play solid football and win football games. that is something that is always lost in the Heisman voting.  But back to Alabama, to me their defense is incredibly good but even when or if they have an off day they can take the air out of the ball with a strong offensive line and a great run game.

Ed:  Do you think that there could be a change in the playoff system or are we stuck with the four team system for the foreseeable future?

Tom:  I think that they're married to the four team system right now.  My question is how do you tell a Stanford team or a Baylor team with maybe one loss that they don't deserve to be in the playoffs?  They're both really good teams that deserve to be up there with the top four.

Steve:  You obviously heard about the Ritchie Incognito situation, whats your take on the situation in Miami?

Tom:  Well its surprising because I've been in a lot of locker rooms and usually that's something that the players handle so I was surprised that it happened.
