Mike Harmon of FoxSports Radio and SwollenDome.com joined Zinno on “Last Call” to talk NFL. The Ravens win over the Bengals wasn’t all that impressive. “But it’s a win and still in the hunt and that’s about all you can ask for right now,” said Harmon. The Ravens have a three game stretch coming up against tough competition. If somehow, they can go 2-1, they will be 6-6 through 12 games.

Ed Reed is now available. Will the Ravens bring him back to Baltimore? Harmon thinks it could happen. “If nothing else, you get a coach on the roster for the last couple of games. You keep a player that might have a little bit left in the tank to play his style of football,” Harmon said.

Finally, the guys discussed possible Super Bowl contenders, and what would be a boring game, the Chiefs and the Panthers are the two hottest teams in the league right now. Harmon said of the Panthers, “This was the test. They go out, and even with the 49ers coming off a bye week, how listless and lifeless that offense was and how much Ron Rivera was able to dominate them!”
