Police: 2 Boys Fall From Moving School Bus

TAKOMA PARK, Md. (AP) — Police in Takoma Park say two boys were injured when they fell from the emergency exit of a moving school bus.

The boys got on the bus on Maplewood Avenue on Wednesday morning. Police say when the 5- and 6-year-old boys lifted the emergency exit latch, the door opened and they fell out.

Both boys were taken to the hospital with injuries that police say aren’t considered life threatening.
