Glen Burnie Man Arrested Driving 1 Of 3 Stolen Cars

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) — Anne Arundel County police have arrested a man after they say he was seen driving one of three vehicles stolen from a car dealer.

Police were called to KB Auto Emporium about 7 a.m. Thursday, where a side window had been smashed and three cars were stolen. Several vehicle tags were also taken.

Officers say about two hours later, police tried to stop a man driving a 2007 Mercedes 350 that had been stolen from the dealer.

Police tell The Capital of Annapolis that the car hit another vehicle and the driver ran away on foot, but was caught.

Rasheem Anderson, 44, of Glen Burnie was charged with theft and destruction of property.
