2 Charged In Fatal Shooting At Gas Station
FORESTVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County Police have charged two Washington men with first- and second-degree murder in the shooting of a man at a Forestville gas station.
Dalonte Allen Jackson, 25, of Fort Washington was found shot early Monday inside the gas station. He died at a hospital a short time later.
Police say they arrested Dominick Payne, 19, Monday near the scene. Alex Micah Marshall, 22, was arrested in Washington on Tuesday. He is awaiting extradition to Maryland.
Officers say the shooting stemmed from a drug-related robbery.
