Man, was it a surprising week-end in the NFL, and it looks like the Ravens need to sweep to get in the playoffs.

Let’s see…. I thought the Broncos would beat the Chargers at home on a short week. Wrong.

I thought the Patriots would win in Miami. Wrong.

Neither of those are good for the Ravens.

Yes, we wanted Peyton and Tom to win, hard as it is to believe.

Now the Chargers are still in it at 7-7 with 2 home games left, and the Dolphins won their toughest game left on the schedule, and have 2 games against losing teams left. However, there was a piece of good news. The Steelers spanked the Bengals. Yes, we wanted Ben to win too. Imagine that, a weekend where the Ravens were pulling for the Broncos, Patriots and Steelers to win.

With Cincy going down, the division is back in play. The Ravens have to win out, pretty unlikely if you ask me, but that might be the only way to get in the playoffs. And, if they do that, they win the division and get a home playoff game.

Did anyone think that was possible when they were 4-6? Like I said, hard to believe, but who thought three division leaders, NE, Denver and Cincy would all lose this weekend?
