Ravens/Patriots Match Has Postseason Potentially At Stake

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Tom Brady leads his Patriots into a road showdown with Baltimore.

A win gives New England its fifth straight AFC East title.

A Ravens win and losses by Miami and San Diego gets Baltimore into the postseason. Cincinnati will clinch the AFC North with a win at home against the Vikings and a Ravens loss.

If New England wins, Cincinnati and Miami would have to lose Sunday and the Ravens would have to win next week in order for the Ravens to enter the playoffs.

The New England Patriots have placed left tackle Nate Solder on the inactive list for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Solder saw limited practice time because of a concussion. He started all of New England's previous 14 games.

Also inactive for the Patriots: tight end D.J. Williams; linebacker Dane Fletcher; wide receivers Josh Boyce and Kenbrell Thompkins; defensive tackle Isaac Sopoaga; and defensive end Jake Bequette.

Baltimore's inactive list includes tight end Dallas Clark, who lost his starting spot when Dennis Pitta returned from a hip injury on Dec. 8.

Also inactive for the Ravens: defensive back Asa Jackson; safety Omar Brown; linebacker Albert McClellan; center Ryan Jensen; wide receiver Deonte Thompson; and defensive tackle Brandon Williams.

Jackson has a sore thigh and McClellan has a neck injury.
