BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A woman was killed after being struck by a car in Baltimore City.

It happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 5600-block of Belair Road.

Police say a Chevy Malibu driving northbound on Belair Road struck Tasia Nicole Henley, 28, as she was walking westbound.

Henley was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead at 10:57 p.m.

The Accident Investigation Unit is investigating the incident.
