Joel Corry is a former sports agent who helped found Premier Sports & Entertainment, a sports management firm that represents professional athletes and coaches. Prior to his tenure at Premier, Joel worked for Management Plus Enterprises, which represented Shaquille O’Neal, Hakeem Olajuwon and Ronnie Lott.

Joel joined Ed & Steve today to talk about what the Ravens cap situation will be this off-season.

Steve asked Joel about the Ravens cap situation this off-season. Joel said that while the Ravens are not in a great cap situation there are teams far worse off.

Then Joel was asked if the Ravens cap situation is because they overpaid players who are descending or if it is just the business of the NFL. Joel said that the Ravens did what they had to do which is sign their players like Suggs, Ngata, and Rice to deals they lived up to and played up to prior to signing.

Steve asked Joel if he thought Bengals coach Marvin Lewis would be fired or not. Joel said he believes Lewis will get one more year and that the main question the Bengals should be asking themselves is if Andy Dalton should remain their starter or not.

And finally Joel made his picks for the playoff games this weekend, listen to hear who Joel thinks is moving on.
