Overturned Tractor-Trailer Traps 1, Spills Fuel On I-95N Ramp
HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)—A tractor-trailer overturned on northbound I-95, trapping one person.
That person was extricated Monday afternoon. Now cleanup begins because of the fuel spill.
The tractor-trailer crashed on the ramp to Route 32.
The Howard County Fire Department and Maryland State Police are on the scene.
