John Eisenberg is a columnist for BaltimoreRavens.com.

John joined Ed & Steve to talk about the Ravens offensive coordinator job and off-season addition possibilities.

Steve asked John what kind of Offensive Coordinator the Ravens are looking for in their search. John said that he believes what Harbaugh wants above all else a coordinator who will bring in a physical and aggressive style of offense.

Ed asked John if he was surprised the team kept Juan Castillo. John said he was not surprised at all because Harbaugh is a coaches coach who loves his guys and stands by them all the way. He also mentioned Harbaugh believes Castillo is the right guy and that the zone blocking scheme will work.

John believes that John Harbaugh will promote from within for the coordinator job.

Ed asked John about the free agent wide receivers and if the Ravens will go after any of them. John said all the names are on the table and don’t be surprised if the Ravens wait around for a cap casualty type of guy.

John also believes they will franchise Dennis Pitta if they can’t reach a long-term deal.
