Maryland Head Football Coach Randy Edsall joined The Norris & Davis Show on 105.7 THE FAN Thursday to talk about his recruiting class. “We’ve been trying to recruit Damian Prince for three years.”
He said that Damian Prince is a good offensive lineman and he fit the needs of the team to add strength to a position that was weak for them.
Damian brings the size the Terps are looking for (6’5, 300 lbs) as they make the switch the bigger defenses they’ll face in the Big Ten Conference next season.
The Terps also added a couple more big O Lineman in Derwin Gray (6’5, 295 lbs) and junior college transfer Larry Mazyck (6’8. 340 lbs) so it was clear they felt their OLine needed some upgrading. The Terps recruiting class received a final ranking of 54th in the country according to rivals.com.
