Precipitation rolled through Wednesday morning, bringing everything from thunderstorms to freezing rain for our northern-most cities. It has since passed and we are now drying out with decreasing clouds. Some patchy fog still remains, but that will burn off throughout the afternoon. Wednesday night and Thursday morning, we’ll be on the lookout for some fog, but the overall trend between now and the end of the workweek will be milder weather.
We may have some flooding issues on Friday as the temperature soars to around 60 degrees. A potent cold front will move through, bringing heavy rains to spots and thunderstorms. Areas south and east of the city are under the “slight risk” category for severe weather that is forecast to produce gusty winds.
