Baltimore Police Investigate Officer-Involved Shooting
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police are on the scene of an officer-involved shooting.
Authorities say officers encountered an armed robbery suspect in the 700-block of Fallsway.
They asked the man to put down his weapon. He came at police and shots were fired.
The suspect was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Centre Street is blocked off from Calvert Street to Fallsway, right where it passes under the JFX.
No officers were hurt in the shooting.
