WEATHER BLOG: More Snow

Another round of light snow will greet your morning commute on Wednesday. A disturbance moving this way from the Ohio Valley will likely drop about a half to one inch of new snow across the region, all beginning between 2 and 5 a.m. and ending before noon on Wednesday.

What this means is that the morning commute, schools, etc. will be affected by this winter event. A Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect for many areas overnight thru midday Wednesday.

Colder breezy conditions will likely bring some sunshine by afternoon and help melt some of this new snow.

Cold temperatures, however, will rule all week long, with the coldest air coming Thursday night and Friday. Some moderation is expected over the weekend, but some light precipitation may also accompany it. Let's all keep our fingers crossed for real spring weather.
