Tommy Hunter Live From Sarasota To Talk About The Orioles And Spring Training

Since 2011, pitcher Tommy Hunter has been a solid addition to the Baltimore Orioles’ pitching staff. Tommy has found a home in Baltimore and pitched for a 2.81 ERA out of the bullpen in 2013. Tommy hopes to continue his success for the Os in 2014.

Tommy comes on with Ed and Steve from Sarasota, Florida to give some insight on the Orioles’ off-season.

Ed asked if Tommys mind set is different when he pitches in different roles such as closer or starter. Tommy explains that its fun for him because any way he can help the team and excite the fans then hes ready for it.

Steve asks Tommy about Jonathan Schoop early success this spring training. Tommy said hes excited for Johnathan because that he’s gained weight and has come to Spring Training ready to impress. Schoop has hit two home runs in two intrasquad games so far.
