Woman Whose Body Was Found In Harbor Identified
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore police have identified a woman whose body was found in the harbor.
The body of Elaine Hargrove, 52, of Baltimore was found floating in the water in the 2200-block of South Clinton Street on Feb. 27.
Police said Wednesday that there are no obvious signs of foul play, but the cause of death has not been determined.
